ABOUT US
Our mission is to enhance and support the educational experience of our children at Kamilo'iki.
The Friends of Kamilo'iki Parent-Teacher Organization group was created in August 2012 to support Kamilo'iki Elementary School's vision, mission, and objectives through volunteerism.

In 2017, the group decided to officially organize as a non-profit corporation and apply for 501(c)(3) status, hence establishing the Friends of Kamilo'iki PTO in August 2018. We recently received our determination letter from the IRS, and are excited to start the 2019-2020 school year as a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity!

Our Logo
KES's mascot is the Cougar Cubs. We wanted our PTO logo to reflect our purpose of developing a closer connection between home and school, therefore showing a parent and child-sized cougar paw joining.
Our Meetings
Our PTO meetings are held in the Kamilo‘iki library the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 5:30-7pm. We hope to see you there!
